More than 27,000 Mexican sellers, mostly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), have seen a 28% increase in sales on Amazon last year, according to the “Economic Impact Report on Amazon for Mexican SMEs 2024” by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

Since 2015, Amazon has invested over 110 billion pesos in Mexico on infrastructure and employee compensation. In 2023, SMEs selling on the platform generated more than 52,000 direct and indirect jobs.
