To streamline condo maintenance payments, the automated condo management platform, ComunidadFeliz, has integrated with OXXO, enabling residents to cover their dues at over 22,000 convenience stores nationwide.

With the steady growth of convenience stores in the country (averaging three new stores daily), this payment option becomes a practical solution for private housing community residents and aims to reduce delinquency rates.

Benefits of the Integration

How It Works

Residents using ComunidadFeliz’s platform can generate a barcode directly through the app or portal to pay their maintenance fees at any OXXO store nationwide. The integration also includes automated reminders for pending payments, improving communication between administrators and residents.

ComunidadFeliz operates in Mexico and nine other Latin American countries, serving over 5,000 housing communities and 800,000 registered properties.
